Do I Have to Undress Completely for a Massage?

One of the most common questions people have before booking a massage is: “Do I have to undress completely?” The honest answer is no. You should only undress to your personal comfort level.

Yes. During a professional massage, you are covered with a sheet or blanket at all times. This is called draping. Only the area being worked on is uncovered, such as your back, shoulders, arms, or legs, and then that area is covered again before moving to the next section.
